Description

You will lead research and engineering for AI/ML systems, building production-ready models and generative AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML models using production-level code.
• Apply knowledge of Neural Networks (CNN, RNN/LSTM, LLMs) to solve complex problems.
• Engineer solutions requiring strong hands-on coding ability in C++ and Python.
• Design and deploy generative AI techniques for real-world applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Expert proficiency in Python and C++.
• Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
• Practical experience building and deploying Neural Networks (CNN, RNN/LSTM, LLMs).
• Demonstrated experience with Generative AI techniques.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale model training and inference optimization.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML libraries or research papers.
