Develop and deploy AI/ML models, focusing on NLP and conversational AI for financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop NLP and conversational AI solutions using LLM architectures.
• Fine-tune models for specific financial domain tasks, including entity recognition and sentiment analysis.
• Deploy AI models using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor models for bias and ensure interpretability within regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures including GPT, Llama, and Claude.
• Experience with Hugging Face and AI/ML development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for model deployment.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards such as SOX and GDPR.
• Experience working with financial datasets, risk analytics, or regulatory reporting.
• Expertise in NLP tasks like text summarization and entity recognition.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLM Ops and model monitoring.
• Background in financial automation or fintech applications.
