Description

You will design, develop, and validate AI/ML solutions for US healthcare customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
• Build data ingestion and transformation platforms to support model training.
• Execute feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and error analysis to improve model performance.
• Deploy models to production and create APIs to integrate results into business operations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience with MS SQL.
• Deep knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Experience building AI models from scratch.
• Ability to define validation strategies and data pre-processing workflows.
• Experience identifying transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree.
