Description

You will design and build production-grade software systems that integrate AI/ML techniques to automate tasks and improve services. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build software systems integrating AI/ML to automate tasks and assist users.
• Contribute to technical decisions on data processing, retrieval strategies, and agent architecture.
• Develop unit and integration tests for AI-enabled workflows and data pipelines.
• Support deployment of containerized applications and optimize for limited GPU resources.
• Document system designs, workflows, and technical decisions as required.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI development.
• At least 3 years’ experience in software engineering, architecture, or web development.
• Experience designing and building software systems that integrate AI/ML techniques.
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate approaches, including LLM-based versus non-LLM techniques.
• Experience with containerized applications and hybrid cloud environments.
• Ability to optimize systems for environments with limited computational resources.
• Strong understanding of testing and evaluation pipelines for AI/ML systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience generating and utilizing synthetic data for evaluation and benchmarking.
