You build scalable AI solutions, lead Generative AI initiatives, and design distributed systems that improve client and employee experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI solution design and implementation at scale across distributed environments.
• Develop, monitor, and scale AI components, APIs, and loosely coupled applications integrated with high-availability systems.
• Design and capture data measurement strategies for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities that enhance user experiences.
• Own and support the delivery and maintenance of AI solutions within Agile sprint cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, Scala, and Spark.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Strong experience with AWS services, specifically AWS SageMaker and cloud-native architectures.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, including prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with Vector Databases (VectorDBs) and data infrastructures supporting GenAI pipelines.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks like sentiment analysis and classification.
• Experience with Agile software development and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
