Description

You design and architect enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI system's architecture, including data pipelines, model selection, and deployment strategies.
• Evaluate and select AI tools and frameworks, leveraging existing systems.
• Lead and guide AI engineering teams and data scientists in implementing solutions.
• Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into aligned AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML architecture or advanced analytics design.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, SciKit-learn, XGBoost.
• Hands-on knowledge of data platforms: Snowflake, Dataiku, Azure Data Services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional global teams and manage enterprise-scale architecture programs.
• Experience defining AI governance, model lifecycle, and compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of CPG domain processes and data-driven decision systems.
• Experience ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Snowflake’s advanced AI capabilities (Feature Store, Model Registry, Cortex AI).
• Understanding of MLOps concepts to partner effectively with operational teams.
