Description

Architect and drive end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise use, defining system components and deployment strategies. Lead AI engineering teams and data scientists to implement complex solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into aligned AI designs. Oversee integration into existing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with data privacy and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Define AI system architecture, data pipelines, and model selection.
• Lead engineering teams in implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
• Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Dataiku.
• Proficiency with Azure Synapse and Power BI integration.
• Knowledge of MLOps concepts and model lifecycle management.
• Experience defining AI governance and compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of CPG domain processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Snowflake's advanced AI capabilities (Feature Store, Model Registry, Cortex AI).
• Experience leveraging AI tools while prioritizing existing organizational assets.
