You will design and lead enterprise-scale AI and advanced analytics solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale AI and advanced analytics solutions.
• Define AI governance, model lifecycle management, and compliance standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
• Lead AI engineers and data scientists in solution implementation.
• Evaluate and select optimal AI frameworks, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML architecture or advanced analytics design.
• Expertise with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms: Snowflake, Dataiku, Azure Data Services.
• Strong understanding of Data Management and Architecture principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with AI governance and compliance standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
• Solid understanding of CPG industry processes and data-driven decision systems.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Snowflake’s AI capabilities (Feature Store, Model Registry, Cortex AI).
• Experience integrating AI systems with Power BI or Azure Synapse.
