Description

You will design, implement, and deploy end-to-end artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced supervised and unsupervised ML models, including neural networks.
• Develop and integrate LLM and foundation model solutions using prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Manage the full model lifecycle by containerizing deployments with Docker and Kubernetes via FastAPI.
• Drive adoption of the Databricks platform to accelerate use case development and model automation.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish governance standards for AI/ML practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and deploying end-to-end AI/ML systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Python with PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, and Polars.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, including LLMs and fine-tuning techniques like LoRA.
• Proven experience with MLOps principles, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in cloud deployment and infrastructure management on AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience developing scalable endpoints using FastAPI.
• Strong systems thinking to translate business goals into technical architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data processing, feature engineering, and advanced visualization.
