Description

Design and implement enterprise AI/ML solutions, including GenAI and NLP systems, for government use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of AI/ML solutions, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and RAG-based systems.
• Design MLOps pipelines for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Define data requirements, model selection strategies, and evaluation metrics for production readiness.
• Review model accuracy, bias, explainability, and security compliance for sensitive government data.
• Mentor L2 developers and provide L3 support for critical production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or enterprise analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Machine Learning/Deep Learning frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, Generative AI, and MLOps practices.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Ability to design scalable AI solutions and define technical roadmaps.
• Experience with model monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of security compliance and responsible AI usage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Familiarity with fraud analytics, risk scoring, and operational analytics.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
