Description

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues for AI/ML systems and cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot code and system design issues using general-purpose languages like Java, C++, Python, or Go.
• Diagnose and resolve complex problems in cloud environments including GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Support machine learning model development and deployment lifecycles.
• Analyze case lifecycles and break down technical issues using established support methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues.
• 2+ years of experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• Deep understanding of compute fundamentals: virtualization, containerization, operating systems, and system administration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Google Cloud products (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini).
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Ray.
• Knowledge of model architectures (transformers, encoders/decoders) and AI accelerators (TPUs, GPUs).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with AI accelerators and system design principles.
