Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of ML and GenAI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Architect RAG pipelines and build enterprise-scale GenAI accelerators.
• Collaborate with architects and presales teams to define technical solutions.
• Ensure code modularity, testability, and governance across all projects.
• Mentor junior team members and manage project timelines and risk assessments.
• Deliver actionable AI solutions by working with product managers and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and R, alongside other AI-related programming languages.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, embedding techniques, and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of data science, cloud computing, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with Classical ML techniques like XGBoost and Random Forest.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams within an Agile environment.
• Collaboration experience with Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, and QA Engineers.
