Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
• Translate stakeholder business requirements into technical specifications and system architectures.
• Design AI/ML system architectures, including data pipelines, algorithm selection, and model implementation.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers and consultants, assigning tasks and managing project lifecycles.
• Mitigate project risks, manage stakeholder expectations, and conduct quality reviews to ensure adherence to testing protocols.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in hardware engineering, software engineering, systems engineering, or technical project management.
• Proven track record of moving technical programs from inception to delivery using impact metrics.
• Practical experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring, Flask, Django, or Node.js.
• Technical proficiency in Azure and AWS.
• Data analysis and visualization skills using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with PyTorch, Jupyter Notebook, or Colab.
• Strong analytical, logical, and leadership skills for managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
