Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from requirement gathering through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system architectures.
• Design AI/ML system architectures, including data pipelines and model implementation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and managing project lifecycles.
• Mitigate risks, manage stakeholder expectations, and conduct quality reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in hardware/software engineering, systems engineering, or technical project management.
• Proven track record of moving technical programs from inception to delivery using impact metrics.
• Practical experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring, Flask, Django, or Node.js.
• Technical proficiency in Azure and AWS.
• Data analysis and visualization skills using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with PyTorch, Jupyter Notebook, or Colab.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
