Description

You will provide Tier 2 technical support for AI/ML workloads on Linux environments, troubleshooting Generative AI and LLM solutions using Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Gemini.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Generative AI and LLM solutions using Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Gemini.
• Support ML model development, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Diagnose GPU/TPU and model architecture-related issues.
• Manage AI/ML support cases from analysis to resolution.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML technical support or model deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux, GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and Ray.
• Experience with Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini, and Generative AI/LLMs.
• Experience troubleshooting GPU/TPU-based AI workloads.
• MLOps and distributed training experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience monitoring and optimizing AI/ML platform performance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
