Description

You will design and deliver technical training programs focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies for AI/ML algorithms.
• Deliver technical training sessions in-person and virtually to diverse audiences.
• Support participants during coding, debugging, and troubleshooting for hands-on projects.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to improve curriculum quality.
• Mentor junior trainers and interns to build their technical expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a trainer, instructor, or educator role focused on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Practical experience in developing and deploying models, including data preprocessing and evaluation.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as scikit-learn and Keras.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degrees such as a Master's or Ph.D.
• Industry certifications like the TensorFlow Developer Certificate.
• Experience in a training or consulting role within the AI/ML industry.
