You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical AI implementation by identifying and defining high-impact machine learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI/ML opportunities by collaborating with business stakeholders to recognize potential for AI-driven solutions.
• Elicit detailed business requirements, assessing data availability, technical feasibility, and expected business impact.
• Conduct research on current AI advancements and industry trends to align new applications with organizational goals.
• Create technical documentation, including use cases, visual requirements models, and business requirements documents.
• Communicate findings and project progress to management through formal reports and presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related analytical role.
• Solid understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and the AI landscape.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for technical projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to research and adapt to emerging tools and technologies in the AI domain.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• Domain knowledge in healthcare, finance, retail, or manufacturing.
