Description

You will design, develop, and maintain AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for complex systems, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to automated testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify architecture components and application interfaces while maintaining integrity.
• Code solutions and unit tests that meet acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Mentor engineers and coach the team on CI/CD practices and tool stack automation.
• Perform spikes and proofs of concept to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
• Design and maintain automated test suites for integration, regression, and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience on large, complex systems.
• Expert-level OOP skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and the RAG process (chunking, embedding, retrieval, reranking, summarization).
• Experience building API-based applications using FastAPI, JWT Integration, and API Gateways.
• Experience with AI/ML/GenAI Lifecycle Management and its Ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience building frameworks using MLOps and Fine-Tuning techniques.
• Experience working in large teams on shared multi-repo codebases using CI/CD.
• DevOps experience with tools like GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, Angular, or React Frameworks.
