Description

You will administer and support enterprise AI platforms, manage GitHub repositories, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines. You will handle user onboarding, SSO issues, access governance, and monitor platform logs for incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise AI platforms including Claude, Gemini, and Azure AI.
• Manage GitHub repositories, access controls, and troubleshoot CI/CD failures.
• Resolve user onboarding, SSO, and access governance issues.
• Monitor AI platform logs, usage metrics, and incident reports.
• Support integrations and perform API-level troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or support.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and Log Analytics.
• Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise AI platforms.
• Proficiency in GitHub repository management and CI/CD troubleshooting.
• Understanding of SSO and access governance protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot API integrations and platform incidents.
• Any Graduate degree.
