Description

You will develop, engineer, and deploy aircraft support products used by Avionics Technicians to maintain and operate aircraft fleets.

Responsibilities

• Gather manufacturer, business, and technical requirements to design complex technical solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle of hardware, operating systems, software, and system tools.
• Execute software migrations from SCCM to VMware Workspace ONE, including OSD testing and peer QA.
• Create detailed documentation, diagrams, and presentations for engineering solutions and enterprise standards.
• Coordinate with Loadable Software and Ground Infrastructure groups to configure platforms for product installation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or technical support roles.
• Extensive experience with VMware Workspace ONE, including Intelligence, Access, and Enterprise Application Repository.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and workstation automation.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Knowledge of VMWare ESX, VMWare Workstation, and Hyper-V.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing MSI/MST packages.
• Understanding of aircraft data loading/unloading and fleet technologies such as ONS, CORE, and AIMS.
• Familiarity with GBST, CSCT, DDM, and LSAPL.
• Ability to perform fleet field testing on 777, 787, and 737 MAX aircraft.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windows migrations in a globally diverse organization.
• Knowledge of aircraft interface points via GateLink, Cellular, or Stacom.
