Description

You will own airframe component integration and 3D modeling to support aircraft design and assembly.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models for detail, assembly, and installation layouts using CATIA.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Tooling, Structural Integrity, Aerodynamics, and AES disciplines.
• Perform peer drawing checks and release engineering documents to meet technical requirements.
• Support prototype aircraft assembly by interpreting designs and responding to Manufacturing Operations inquiries.
• Conduct engineering research, calculations, and drafting to ensure compliance with performance and styling specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in airframe or mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CATIA for 3D modeling and drafting.
• Experience with CAD and SOLIDWORKS.
• Strong background in Product Design and component integration.
• Ability to apply in-depth engineering principles to complex calculations and estimates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
