Description

You will own the design, implementation, and optimization of Airtable ecosystems, including bases, interfaces, and complex automation workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design relational database models within Airtable, utilizing linked records, lookups, and rollups for efficient data architecture.
• Build and maintain Airtable Automations and custom JavaScript scripts to handle complex business logic and conditional workflows.
• Integrate Airtable with external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
• Manage data migration, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data quality and governance.
• Create user-friendly dashboards and interfaces for business users while documenting SOPs and training materials.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with the Airtable platform, including Bases, Tables, Views, and Interfaces.
• Proficiency in Airtable Scripting using JavaScript for custom automation and logic.
• Strong expertise in Airtable API integration, including OAuth, authentication, and webhook management.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps, AppSheet, or Retool.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling principles beyond standard Airtable capabilities.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for scalable integrations.
• Experience in enterprise data workflows, particularly within supply chain or procurement domains.
• Familiarity with version control, deployment practices, and testing frameworks for scripts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI integrations within the Airtable ecosystem.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, data, and IT stakeholders.
