Description

Manage and optimize the VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) platform for secure mobile and endpoint device operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day MDM operations, policy enforcement, and device lifecycle management.
• Integrate AirWatch with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and certificate authorities.
• Troubleshoot system and device issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce compliance rules, encryption policies, and conditional access protocols.
• Document configuration changes, enrollment workflows, and policy settings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise mobility management with VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch.
• Strong working knowledge of iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with MDM enrollment processes, compliance management, and application deployment.
• Proficiency in managing configuration profiles and integration with Active Directory and Exchange.
• Strong understanding of mobile security, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using PowerShell or REST APIs for MDM task automation.
• VMware Workspace ONE or AirWatch certification (e.g., VCP-DW).
