Description

You will manage and maintain the AIX and Linux infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of AIX/Linux systems infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues and outages across AIX/Linux.
• Drive the implementation of security practices and compliance requirements for AIX/Linux.
• Develop and execute strategies to mitigate infrastructure risks.
• Drive automation and service improvement initiatives, including disaster recovery exercises.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AIX/Linux system administration and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of AIX operating system architecture, PowerHA, and LPAR/VIOS management.
• Hands-on experience with Linux distributions (e.g., Red Hat, SUSE) and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Expertise in security hardening, patch management, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools, including Shell, Python, and Ansible.
• Expert-level support and guidance on high availability principles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
