Description

You will lead the development and implementation of customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure multistep customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
• Design scalable, reusable journey components and frameworks adhering to AJO capabilities.
• Integrate AJO with AEP RealTime CDP and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
• Manage data ingestion, schema creation, and audience segmentation within AEP.
• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for AJO implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in marketing technology.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AJO.
• Strong knowledge of AJO and AEP RTCDP.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert AJO certification.
• Certifications in Experience Design or Marketing Technology.
