You will design, develop, and implement APIs using Java and the Akana API Management platform, ensuring security, performance, and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs using Java and Akana API Management.
• Configure and customize the Akana API Gateway to meet project requirements.
• Deploy and manage APIs through the Akana platform.
• Implement security best practices and collaborate with security teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor and optimize API performance for responsiveness and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Hands-on experience with the Akana API Management platform.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design principles.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging API-related issues.
• Knowledge of security best practices in API development.
• Experience with Java and Microservices.
• Bachelor's Degree.
