Description

You will manage complex system integrations and data flows within a multivendor environment, analyzing business processes to ensure system functionality and coordinating requirements across upstream and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements and data flows between upstream and downstream systems.
• Analyze business processes to support system functionality and identify integration points.
• Manage workflows within a multivendor ecosystem to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate technical requirements and updates via verbal and email channels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience with AS400, COBOL 400, and DB 400.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and data management.
• Proven expertise in Business Analysis methodologies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with insurance administration or retirement plan systems.
