Description

Support and maintain the Allegro ETRM system to ensure operational efficiency and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the Allegro ETRM system and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with trading and risk management teams to identify and solve system problems.
• Monitor system performance and manage maintenance and upgrades.
• Test and implement new system features and functional upgrades.
• Develop technical documentation for the ETRM and integrated applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting ETRM systems such as Allegro, RightAngle, or Endur.
• Proficiency in C#.NET and Visual Studio.
• Experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Experience with SSRS for reporting.
• Ability to work with IIS management and configuration.
• Experience with ASP.NET.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
