Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Allscripts EHR systems.
• Resolve workflow issues with clinical and administrative teams.
• Analyze system usage to recommend technical and process improvements.
• Test and validate EHR system upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Allscripts TouchWorks.
• 6+ years of experience with Allscripts Professional.
• 6+ years of experience with Allscripts Practice Management.
• Experience managing EHR system upgrades.
• Hands-on experience with system testing and validation.
• Ability to analyze clinical and administrative workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
