You will lead training initiatives and system optimization for the Allscripts EMR platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for medical staff covering EMR functionalities and clinical workflows.
• Develop training materials and deliver instructional sessions.
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot system issues to optimize utilization.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulations to improve EMR usage and patient care.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Allscripts EMR system.
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts through clear communication and presentation.
• Experience in developing instructional materials and training documentation.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Allscripts EMR administration or training.
