Description

Manage the Codebeamer application, provide tier 3 support for ALM capabilities, and ensure system stability on Linux-based on-prem servers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Codebeamer, Stages, and associated applications to maintain system health.
• Design, set up, and test High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) implementations.
• Configure monitoring thresholds, alerting, and system KPIs to identify operational gaps.
• Troubleshoot Linux host issues and participate in 24/7 support rotations.
• Lead project efforts within current Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Codebeamer and other ALM tools.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience managing Tomcat application servers.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL database administration.
• Experience with Datadog and Splunk for monitoring and logging.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Linux-based on-prem servers.
• Familiarity with load balancers.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years tenure in previous relevant roles.
