Description

Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for Application Lifecycle Management processes and tooling to optimize product development cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements, configuration, and change control processes.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to support product development.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for ALM processes and tools.
• Optimize product development cycles through effective lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ALM systems management.
• Specialized expertise in Siemens Polarion.
• Specialized expertise in Jama Software.
• Deep understanding of requirements management and configuration management.
• Strong knowledge of product development and lifecycle management processes.
• Proficiency in change control and analytical problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience with additional ALM tools and systems.
