Description

You will manage and support the Alteryx BI platform and associated environments on a rotational shift basis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute production migration and deployment of artifacts and associated files.
• Provide L1 through L3 support, covering monitoring, incident management, and complex development.
• Optimize the platform to improve resiliency, uptime, and vulnerability resolution within SLAs.
• Manage platform upgrades, major/minor releases, and patch updates.
• Develop monitoring dashboards for capacity planning and platform health reporting.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of IT experience including Alteryx, Tableau, and SAP BO platform management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Alteryx BI platform administration.
• Proficiency with Alteryx, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects.
• Experience with Server Management, Design, and Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM tools.
• Experience in Major Incident Management and stakeholder interfacing.
• Proven experience with automation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud computing knowledge, preferably GCP.
