• Develop and maintain complex workflows in Alteryx, ensuring robust error handling and optimization.
• Utilize SQL for advanced data querying and manipulation to support data-driven decision-making.
• Create insightful visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense to present data findings effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide support and training to team members on Alteryx and data visualization tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Strong experience in Alteryx for workflow development and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Python for data processing and analytics tasks.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Qlik Sense for reporting and visualization.
• Understanding of data analytics practices within banking or IT environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
