Description

·       Hands-on administration of Tableau Server and Alteryx Server, including installation, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, security, APIs, automation, and firewall configuration.

·       Experience with authentication and identity management (SAML, Active Directory, SSO).

·       Strong networking knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot server, application, and user access issues.

·       Proven experience resolving Tableau and Alteryx performance issues, including dashboard and workflow optimization.

·       Working knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments. Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell and Python. Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates for Tableau and Alteryx platforms. Ability to participate in 24/7 production support and on-call rotations.

Nice to Have ·  AWS experience, including EC2, VPCs, networking, and certificate management. Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
