Description

You will administer Tableau Server and Alteryx Server, handling installation, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, security, APIs, automation, and firewall configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage authentication and identity integration using SAML, Active Directory, and SSO.
• Troubleshoot server, application, and user access issues using strong networking knowledge.
• Resolve Tableau and Alteryx performance bottlenecks, optimizing dashboards and workflows.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates for both platforms.
• Participate in 24/7 production support and on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Tableau Server and Alteryx Server.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell and Python.
• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS experience, including EC2, VPCs, networking, and certificate management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
