You will design and architect contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and Genesys, ensuring scalable and reliable implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design contact center architectures focused on Amazon Connect.
• Lead the technical design of Genesys implementations.
• Architect scalable contact center workflows and integrations.
• Design complex contact center environments ensuring reliability and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Deep understanding of Genesys Contact Center platforms.
• Proven ability to design complex contact center environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Genesys systems.
