Description

You will engineer contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications utilizing AWS Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, and Kubernetes.
• Implement contact center logic including IVR, routing, CTI, and CC metrics.
• Integrate services through API Gateway and other AWS cloud components.
• Manage infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation or the AWS Cloud Development Kit.
• Develop and maintain code using Python, Java, or Node.js.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development or application engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and contact center technology platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with Node.js and React.
• Competency in API Gateway and RESTful API design.
• Experience with cloud computing and AWS services.
• Knowledge of continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Swift, Go, or Ruby.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Cloud certifications.
• Experience with platforms like Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.
