Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions on AWS.
• Configure and integrate Amazon Connect with supporting AWS services.
• Troubleshoot contact center issues and support operational workflows.
• Support incident management and service request handling for the contact center environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in contact center operations and maintenance.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of professional experience
• Amazon Connect
• AWS
• Contact center support experience (incident management, problem management, service requests)
• Software development experience (at least one programming language) and application maintenance practices

Good to Have:

• ITIL
• Experience in contact center operations and mentoring/leading team members

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
