You will design and implement contact center solutions using AWS technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy contact center solutions within AWS environments.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Design cloud-based architectures tailored for contact center requirements.
• Maintain and optimize Amazon Connect configurations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Contact Center technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS.
• 2+ years of experience using Terraform.
• Expertise in Cloud Architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
