Description

You will design and implement end-to-end Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement static and dynamic call flows within Amazon Connect.
• Develop functional contact center solutions using Amazon Lex and real-time dashboards.
• Build call audio analysis pipelines utilizing Amazon Lambda, S3, Transcription, and Comprehend.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver omni-channel and AI/ML solutions.
• Provide technical insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience in customer service technologies and contact center cloud products.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect E2E implementation.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for AWS Lambda development.
• Experience with API development and Terraform.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Transcribe, Lex, Polly, Comprehend, and Connect Contact Lens.
• Experience with data tools including Glue, Athena, and QuickSight.
• Background in AI/ML and omni-channel solution design.
