Description

You will serve as the AWS Cloud tech lead for contact center technologies, delivering end-to-end IVR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop Amazon Connect flows, queues, and routing profiles.
• Build and deploy Lex bots and Lambda functions using Node.js.
• Design and integrate various AWS services into end-to-end IVR architectures.
• Deliver technical solutions within an Agile process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on development with Amazon Connect.
• Experience building and deploying Lex bots.
• Proficiency in Node.js for Lambda function development.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end IVR architecture.
• Knowledge of broader AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Java and React.
• Bachelor's degree.
