Description

You design and implement end-to-end Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement static and dynamic call flows within Amazon Connect.
• Build contact center solutions incorporating speech, real-time dashboards, and call audio analysis.
• Develop and deploy serverless logic using AWS Lambda and API development.
• Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience in customer service technologies and contact center cloud products.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect end-to-end implementation.
• Proficiency in Python and Java for AWS Lambda development.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Direct experience with Amazon Lex, Polly, Transcribe, and Contact Lens.
• Technical knowledge of S3, Glue, Athena, and QuickSight.
• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions using Amazon Comprehend.
• Proven ability in API development and functional design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with omni-channel solution design.
