You will own the quality assurance process for contact center solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Test Amazon Connect and IVR functionalities thoroughly.
  • Implement and maintain automated contact center tests using Cyara.
  • Manage test cases and track defects using QTest.
  • Perform API testing as part of the QA cycle.
  • Integrate testing processes into CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and IVR testing.
  • Proven expertise in Cyara for automated contact center testing.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with QTest for test case and defect management.
  • Familiarity with API testing practices.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD integration.
  • Any Graduate education.
