You will own the quality assurance process for contact center solutions.
Responsibilities
- Test Amazon Connect and IVR functionalities thoroughly.
- Implement and maintain automated contact center tests using Cyara.
- Manage test cases and track defects using QTest.
- Perform API testing as part of the QA cycle.
- Integrate testing processes into CI/CD workflows.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and IVR testing.
- Proven expertise in Cyara for automated contact center testing.
- Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with QTest for test case and defect management.
- Familiarity with API testing practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration.
- Any Graduate education.
