Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect contact center platforms and IVR solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, telephony services, and CRM integrations like Zendesk.
• Develop custom integrations and workflows using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and other AWS services.
• Build and deploy chatbots utilizing Amazon Lex.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation to support contact center deployments.
• Design custom reports, dashboards, and technical documentation including architecture diagrams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting contact center solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
• Proficiency in Python for AWS Lambda development.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services including S3, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, call routing, and workforce management.
• Proven experience with contact center development and implementation.
