Description

Architect and deploy Amazon Connect solutions while managing Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Amazon Connect solutions.
• Implement and support Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.
• Utilize AWS multimedia and telephony services including Amazon Polly, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Transcribe.
• Develop scripts and integrate AWS services to enhance contact center functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for Amazon Connect deployments.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
• Proficiency in scripting and AWS service integration.
• Experience with AWS multimedia and telephony services.
• Knowledge of CCaaS solutions and best practices.
• Working knowledge of AWS services, Business Intelligence, and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
