Description

You will architect, deploy, and optimize Amazon Connect solutions, managing end-to-end Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Amazon Connect infrastructure and CCaaS solutions.
• Implement and support contact center functionalities using AWS multimedia and telephony services.
• Develop scripts and integrate AWS services to enhance operational capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for deployed Amazon Connect environments.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and core AWS services.
• Proficiency in scripting and integrating AWS services.
• Experience with AWS multimedia and telephony services, including Amazon Polly, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Transcribe.
• Knowledge of CCaaS solutions and industry best practices.
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.
