Description

You will own the data strategy for Infrastructure and Service, driving direction for Configuration and Asset Management Databases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and governance of the AMDB and CMDB, ensuring seamless integration between both databases.
• Define data models, asset classes, attributes, and lifecycle statuses for hardware, software, and licenses.
• Align CMDB structures with ITIL and CSDM frameworks to ensure architectural consistency.
• Establish governance policies for data quality, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Architect data placement and access patterns to support reporting, analytics, and automated response activities.

Required Skills

• 10 years of professional experience in data management or related roles.
• Expertise in AMDB and CMDB management.
• Deep understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Proven experience with Master Data Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with system integration and data architecture.
• Ability to provide thought leadership on data standards and strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining and monitoring KPIs for database health, focusing on completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
