Description

Lead the design and refinement of mobile billing solutions for the Billing Strategy and Design team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine requirements for new mobile billing solutions.
• Analyze testing issues to identify defects or design gaps.
• Guide rapid design of ordering, invoicing, and taxation solutions.
• Collaborate with product and billing operations teams on strategic initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional technical experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience with Amdocs ordering and billing systems.
• Deep knowledge of billing systems used by communications service providers.
• Strong understanding of mobile products and services.
• Experience with internally developed ordering platforms integrated with vendor billing systems.
• Strong ability to write SQL queries.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with SQL Developer, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems using lateral thinking.
