Description

Lead technical problem-solving and system integration within Amdocs billing and ordering environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems using lateral thinking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate diverse technical inputs.
• Manage integrations between internally developed ordering platforms and vendor billing systems.
• Apply deep knowledge of mobile products and communications service provider billing systems to architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional technical experience.
• 3+ years of direct experience with Amdocs ordering and billing systems.
• Deep knowledge of billing systems used by communications service providers.
• Expertise in mobile products and services.
• Strong ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Proficiency with SQL Developer.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Amdocs CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Recent experience in a Lead or Architect role.
